Two people were killed in a head-on collision Friday afternoon on Lens Creek Road in Hernshaw, Kanawha Metro 911 dispatchers said.
The crash occurred shortly before 4 p.m. in the 4000 block of Lens Creek Road. Two people died at the scene and two others were injured, according to preliminary reports.
The incident was being investigated by the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office. No other information was immediately available.
