WHEELING, W.Va. (AP) - A former high school teacher from Moundsville has been sentenced to one year and one day in federal prison for possession of child pornography.
U.S. Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld II said Thursday that 33-year-old Duane David Will was sentenced in federal court in Wheeling.
According to prosecutors, Will repeatedly downloaded images of child pornography in April 2014 while employed as a teacher at John Marshall High School in Marshall County. He pleaded guilty in June to one count of possession of child pornography.
