CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin has filled a circuit judge vacancy in Marion County.
Tomblin on Friday announced the appointment of Marion County Prosecutor Patrick N. Wilson in the 16th Judicial Circuit.
Circuit Judge Michael John Aloi stepped down to become a U.S. magistrate for the Northern District of West Virginia.
Wilson has served as prosecutor for a decade. He has a law degree from West Virginia University.
