FAIRMONT, W.Va. (AP) - A new Marion County Circuit Court judge will be sworn into office this week.
The West Virginia Supreme Court says Patrick N. Wilson will be sworn in at noon on Wednesday in the main courtroom of the Marion County Courthouse in Fairmont.
Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin appointed Wilson to replace Michael John Aloi, who stepped down to become a U.S. magistrate.
Prior to his appointment, Wilson had served as Marion County's prosecutor since 2005.
