ELKINS, W.Va. (AP) - Someone in Elkins is putting a damper on the Christmas spirit.
Police say residents are reporting the theft of seasonal lawn decorations. The thefts have occurred at several homes.
One business owner says the problem has become so bad, she's stopped decorating outside.
Elkins police say they're investigating.
