CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (AP) - A 45-year-old West Virginia man faces up to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to illegal gun possession.
Prosecutors say Dale Lee Sharp of Elkins was previously convicted of a felony in Randolph County, prohibiting him from owning a gun.
Authorities say he possessed a pistol, two rifles and a shotgun in February.
According to the indictment, he was convicted in 1989 of second-degree murder.
