ELKINS, W.Va. (AP) - Two West Virginia men have been convicted on cocaine trafficking charges.
The government says 58-year-old Eulogio Rodriguez-Fernandez of Martinsburg and 31-year-old Santos Macedonia Barragan of Moorfield were convicted Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Elkins.
Barragan admitted selling cocaine a school in Hardy County. He faces 1 to 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $2 million.
Rodriguez-Fernandez pleaded guilty to one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in Hardy County. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1 million.
