MARTINSBURG, W.Va. (AP) - A Martinsburg man accused of robbing former NFL player Fulton Walker Jr. is scheduled to stand trial in November.

Twenty-nine-year-old Roger C. Doleman Jr.'s trial originally was set to begin in June 2014. He was charged with failure to appear in court when he didn't show up for the trial.

The Herald-Mail reports that Doleman's trial was rescheduled for Nov. 17 on Tuesday in Berkeley County Circuit Court.

Doleman is charged with assault and first-degree robbery charges stemming from a 2013 robbery at Walker's home in Martinsburg.

Doleman's brother, Raheim Doleman of Martinsburg, is serving 18 years in prison for his role in the robbery.

Walker was a defensive back at West Virginia University from 1977 to 1980. He played for the Miami Dolphins and the Los Angeles Raiders.
